Agreed. The people that think we’ll get over this stuff in four years have their heads in the sand.

Will any of this ever be bleakly funny again, or can I expect these rage paroxysms to continue forever?

Still can’t watch the news, so I don’t know what’s going on here, but I just came to say that Rep. Ellison is beloved in MN. Even the people who hate his politics still respect the guy because of his absolute devotion to his district and his state. He has deeply held and very strong convictions, but he is not an

How about people just stop fucking the Republicans?

And stop MARRYING them too.

How about the ladies just stop fucking Republicans?

What? Did you actually listen to the Another Round episode with Hillary? They joked with her, sure, but they pressed her on policy as well. Positioning yourselves as the only women’s media to bother asking real questions is probably not the best look.

Bunch of fucking Bernouts complaining that Hillary won’t give you free clicks? Fuck off back to St. Bernie and cry on his wrinkly shoulder about it.

But still: Secretary Clinton and Jezebel felt like a match made in media expediency heaven.

Given the decidedly pro-Bernie slant to your primary coverage, it’s not a surprise she wouldn’t want to speak to Jezebel. The only advantage the “woman card” gets any of us is the occasional

Hmmm... Is Rebacca Traister Becky with the good hair?

It’s not her support of Bernie Sanders that makes me question her feminism, but the fact that she chooses to define Clinton by her relationship to her father and her husband, rather than any actual merits or her own accomplishments.

This one of the most even-handed and accurate assessments that Gawker Media has published to date. If even half of their coverage was like this, I think we’d all be better informed. Nuance is a big deal, and something that is easily missed when it comes to election sloganeering.

This does sound like a very good interview. It’s a strange state of affairs when morning DJ’s and comedians are the ones best at questioning politicians rather than actual news media
