Don't ever run official OTA updates if you are rooted and running custom ROMs. OTAs can break root and cause issues in general. Wait until the user community OKs it for DL or just wait for an updated custom ROM to come out with all the updates included.

@qrius: Bootloader is locked and encrypted. This equals no custom ROMs until cracked. The Milestone has root but they still can't load custom ROMs because they haven't cracked the bootloader. I don't see either of those site saying otherwise.
