I wholeheartedly agree with the WRX recommendation .... in fact i am a 1.5 month long owner of a 2019.

I learned to ski as a kid, and when i went to college i dropped the ski’s for snowboards. Skiers should be happy snowboards came along! Alot of the technological advancements in skiing directly came from snowboarding (as you discuss above), fat skis, twin tip skies.

Carbonara generally in the us is a bacon-y alfredo but the drier it is the better. That photo up top is literal torture my dude ... I got 30 min till lunch and I don’t have that plate of carbonara coming out of a kitchen to my face.

I also just found a video showing a 2016 STI has a little touchpad and then out of curiosity went out to look at my trunk and alas no button. I see an indentation where the pad would be. Guess when you buy the base Subaru figures you dont want to open the trunk without your keyfob.

I have to be petty as well. The trunk release button on my ‘19 WRX is not actually on the trunk lid at all. It’s above the Traction control off/on switch next to the steering wheel inside the cabin.
