you may in fact be correct there .... pretty much upto right before the ornstein fight i would use my magic gargoyle ax +5 and bumping int would make that happen quicker. but then i kinda bounced off the majic weapons as I seem to be on a bleeding weapon kick with the uchi and gsycthe and fire orbs.

I also went dex/int ... right now its like 21 str/40 dex/40int but i have noticed im not playing with the magic weapons as much as i was before quelaag and smough and ornstein. I also chose pyromancy so i think the int stat helps cast pyros quicker ...

OMG me too ... I got past Nito and Seathe and am trying New Londo Ruins now. I am in freaking love with this series and literally mad at myself from not diving in sooner. Wish I didnt get scared at the Dark Souls “its so hard” stygma... as long as you go slow, pay attention, you will be good.
