Good point, but if they don’t need the added range then now is a great time to get a really good deal on a 2015 model.

I normally don’t recommend leasing, but for an i3 it is the only option that makes sense. Be aggressive in your negotiations - BMW is very eager to get 2015 models out the door and you can get a full loaded vehicle for next to nothing. Along with the 7500 fed credit, you can also get a good percent off MSRP.
Also,

Neutral: BMW tech is great - I love my i3. eDrive is incredible, and BMW’s battery tech is also impressive. But Karma will need more than a good drivetrain to succeed. They need to offer something compelling and different to gain traction. Everyone has their thing:

I think rear sway bar should have been on here.

Because it will kill you, and you will ruin it.

Must have been caught cheating....

Fourth Gear: Oye....Great!

Will have cheat device installed.

Nah - I got an i3. Although, I’m not expecting a problem-free ride being a brand new platform.

Fair enough, but as I stated in a previous reply, “It wasn’t 100% due to the diesel scandal, as I’ve had my fair share of issues with my previous VWs and Audis. This was just the straw that broke the camel’s back.”

No - I was due for a new car anyway. I just didn’t shop VAG products this go around. It wasn’t 100% due to the diesel scandal, as I’ve had my fair share of issues with my previous VWs and Audis. This was just the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Neutral: I have dumped my Audi and fled to BMW. Not to sound too harsh or anything, but I hope this hits them hard enough to force a drastic re-branding and re-restructure of their business.

This is a great article.

I don’t know - I know at one point Deadmau5 had his 458 matte black (before Nyanizing it). I wouldn’t hold this past the dude.

And frankly anyone who cares about trust.

The want... It is strong.

If I had legitimate plans to enter into a racing series, I think this would be at the very top of the list and the $165k would be a very easy-to-swallow pill.
Outside of that, I would just go for the regular GT4, thank you very much.

I once mentioned to my local shop that I was thinking about picking up an Allroad.
Even they, who stood to make a fortune off of me, advised against it.

Stage 2 clutch for faster because racecar.
