To an extent, yes. My Audi recalls seat/mirror positions based on the fob used. However sometimes I have to use my wife's key, and then that necessitates making a ton of adjustments (luckily in that car it's a one-button process).

The fact that someone had access to these security videos leads me to believe that someone with a significant role within the dealership was in on it - whether it was the owner, general manager, or other...
