Anyone else notice that it appears as if the Fauxgatti was planning on rolling through the stop sign until he realizes the Prius is about to get hit? At about 29 seconds there is a noticeable weight shift to the front of the vehicle, evidence of heavy/aggressive braking.

If it was my little girl that was mauled by that dog, I would not only insist (and so would their insurance) the dog be put down, but I would go after the owner for their negligence. That is terrifying to see blatantly predatory behavior like that... we don't need animals like that roaming our neighborhoods.
