Bullshit. We just need to invest in making recharging faster and as a geographically common as gas pumps. This is not THAT hard.

Same place as the Pope?

While I generally agree with regard to current economic and logistical limitations, what doesn’t make sense is continuing to burn a known finite resource that is shown to be contributing to making our planet fucking uninhabitable very, very soon, mostly because the people making the most money from the current

Right! As soon as you said Weyland-Yutani Big Wheel it all came back...

Was it better or worse? I vaguely remember a couple of added scenes, Newt’s family iirc...?

Even just adding back in the 3ish minutes of footage before Weyland gets killed after reviving the Engineer makes Prometheus a 300% better movie. Ridley Scott seems to make some really bad choices in editing anymore.

It was so close, too. Watching the extras and seeing how some things changed or were deleted was super frustrating. Scott was on the right track but lost it in horribly disappointing fashion. Covenant could have kinda redeemed that whole shebang but was even worse after he basically ditched the Engineer story for

I reeeeeally hope this story ends relatively okay. :/

I hope they somehow make it through all this. Make is great and anything that encourages people- especially younger people- to create instead of passively consume is needed these days.

Copy editors were the first to go when the print downturn began, and since then it seem the fucks given level has been dropping everywhere. :/

Can we just go ahead and apply these to 4th too?

Now if Ferrari could stretch it juuuust a bit more into a minivan, make it a hybrid, and under $50K, I’d take one. As is, I don’t think I can convince the Missus. :/

As with anything electronic, Caig DeOxIt DN5 is invaluable in this application.

Love ‘em both, always have, though I have to admit I didn’t get a real, deep appreciation for Dr. John really until I listened to ‘Gris-Gris’ for the first time maybe 10, 12 years ago- before that he was somebody everybody from Louisiana loved as a state treasure, but I never really dug too deep into why while growing

I’m not even a fan, and I know it’s “April 26, 1992.” Come on, man.

Ha! Yeeeeeah. Sigh.

I generally agree, with a couple of exceptions.

This. I had to replace my Prius battery (not because of any particular design fault, it was damaged in an accident right after I bought it, the damage wasn’t readily apparent and gradually worsened over 5-6 years until it eventually failed) and at $4Kish that was painful enough, especially when it got hit and totaled

1st: Why not both? I mean, other than it maybe being a logistical PITA of extraordinary magnitude. A hybrid of HyEV and BEV would actually be pretty awesome if they could put both in one vehicle, and charging and fueling the infrastructure catches up to facilitate that. Also, hey Toyota: this is total Dad talk, but
