Huh. Kaylee, Callie and Tali. Odd.

I love how oft the word cthulhu comes up on io9. It make me happy.

And the Ark from Transformers 3.

Or a Gamecube, or a Dreamcast, or used a PC controller (evidently), or a 3DS. I don't want to be difficult but it seems like Sony is one of the final hold-outs with their low dual analogs. The Wii classic controller is the only other example that comes to mind.

There must be a patent that stops Sony from moving the thumbstick up to the top left, right? After all these years it can't just be stubbornness.

The press release for The Walking Dead split season thing was horribly worded, but it sounds like it's supposed to be a 90 minute premiere followed for six more episodes this fall, then the remaining six in the spring. [tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com]

Oh no, what did he make those farmer dolls out of?

Like this! Except the opposite.

I'm waiting 'til someone needs to transfuse themselves with Tru Blood on the show. That'll be funny.

Yeah, that was a good one. The author did a good job of walking the line between lunacy and science fiction.

Deadwood has evidently twisted my opinion of the word cocksucker. Perhaps you could use it as a term of endearment. I remember that next time I'm play Scattergories.

It's pretty safe to assume that any verb used before "the cocksucker" is probably a violent act.

I use "thanks" for short emails, "thank you" for longer ones, "sincerely" for apologetic or very thankful emails and "regards" if I'm angry. I also like to switch it up in long conversations so that the person sees that it's not just part of my signature and I really mean it.

I'd like to see someone instantly get past those lineups to get into the elevators up at the top.

But a BTS photo won't really compare to a color balanced, post-production scene in the movie. You never know, he might have the red underwear by then.

I could swear there are two episodes left.

Amen. George Lucas isn't reading comments on io9. Complaining and telling the world how much you're not going to buy this isn't accomplishing anything.

Now playing

That reminds me of this awesome first take.

I used to have movies like that. Especially Disney movies. I remember I had a recording of Dumbo which also had number of letters to Santa read by the weird network people. I had those sad kids Christmas wishes permanently attached to Dumbo.

I've been saying that we should use ravaged instead of raped. It's technically worse, but no one will ever call you on it. There are no ravage victims.
