Eh, filming with an actress the age of comics Molly has a bunch of practical problems. Especially if the show does not do annual timeskips to keep her the right age. The important bit is that she is a compelling character.

Sara is never going to leave, barring Caity getting cast as Red Sonia and seven sequels or otherwise getting priced out of range, because she is the center of the cast, and all her fight scenes are far cheaper to shoot.
