Yeah, and they presumably did that as an attempt to diversify following their once-in-a-decade, single-product-line mega hit. Seems logical but clearly those legacy brands had issues.
They make way more trendy appliances than that orignal brand. Air fryers, ovens, coffee makers, air purifiers, etc. I’m sure none are as big as the original hit but they have diversified and sell a lot of these things as well.
It’s because they clearly don’t understand the product, that they dislike and trash it.
