They are assholes, not fascists. In fact, they are “fighting” against their perceived oppression by the government. In that way, they too are anti-fascist.
Given that we don’t have a fascist system of government, and given that opposition to the government is absolutely no the same as being anti-fascist, these guys aren’t anti-fascist. Rather, they’re big fans of the last guy, who made no secret of his own fascist inspiration.
That was a defamation case. Nothing was proven in that case.
Heard didn’t have to prove that she was telling the truth, the Sun newspaper had to demonstrate that it was reporting in good faith and used Heard’s testimony among others in its defense. The judge ruling that the Sun’s report was “substantially true” does not mean the allegations were proven beyond a reasonable…

I’d argue there’s two groups of assholes here. The ones throwing things off an overpass and the ones clogging up the highways in the name of FreeDumb.
