That doesn’t mean anything other than Toyota and Honda sell a lot of cars. I’ve seen a good number of Chargers and Mustangs camp out in the passing lane.

You can’t camp in the passing lane, its meant to pass and move back to the right. You are interpreting it incorrectly. Camping is wrong whether you are going 67 or 90.
