I’m surprised this doesn’t happen more often in sports. A fair portion of team owners are experts in their fields and/or good businessmen. I figure their ego fools them into thinking they can easily apply the same success to a team.

why? he is an actor, not a writer/director. his movies didn’t flop because of him. John Carter is actually pretty good - just poorly marketed. Battleship was a cheesy action movie. His only crime is picking bad projects.

That right there is also a guy who farts a lot - and it smells bad. You don’t get in that shape without lots of protein - and that means lots of bad smelling farts. He’ll grind alright, but clenching all the while in a losing fight not to rip a big one.
