Umm Jason, almost all of the time, these repros are created and sold without the consent of the person who made the hack/translation. They are highly frowned upon.

I don’t really get repro carts. Why pay $40 for one illegal game, when you can pay $90 for a flashcart and play all the rare releases and translations you want? Sure it doesn’t look as nice, but the value makes so much more sense. The only exception are certain special chip games like Star Fox 2 but those repro carts…

I’m all for women in teams, by why would this sport be separated into divisions like this? It doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, or am I reading this wrong?

All of Gawker itself and to an extent Jez have been mostly terrible from the beginning. Kotaku, io9, gizmodo, jalopnik, some of deadspin, and lifehacker have always been mostly great with a few bad eggs and the occasional questionable content. I wish they weren’t associated.

I’m doubting the 4K part. In order to achieve that at 30 FPS consistently you are looking at a substantial CPU and GPU upgrade. We’re talking aboost up to at least a current gen i3 or last gen i5, and over twice the GPU shading power of a PS4 so greater than GTX 970 or aorund GTX 980/980ti territory.

That’s the big issue. Lots of would-be early adopters ordered cameras and move controllers right after the conference. Others have them. Regardless, Sony told us $399.00 headset only and are offering a $499.00 bundle. With ultra-high demand we might see another Wii situation and that effectively makes the PSVR $499…

I’m getting real sick of these ads covering half the article, and don’t tell me to get adblock, I know about it, but there are reasons I don’t use it. If I’m willing to look at your goddamn ads, at least have the decency to let me read the content.

So, it being an Obsidian game, will it start off well, become amazing when you think you’re about halfway done, and then end unceremoniously and out of the blue?

I’m all for VR headsets but I think head tracking and motion controls are too soon. I’d rather play VR games with traditional controls and no head tracking.

It’s 4000 years BBY, even if it’s canon, there’s as much correlation between them as Tutankhamun ruling of Egypt and the current rise of Trump Empire.

Don’t word it like there is a direct correlation between those two things when there is not.
