Am I alone or is this not true for those of us who have worked in the restaurant industry for a long time? When I was making cash every night it was so much easier for me to spend it easily and I was much more conscious using my debit/credit cards. A lot of my industry friends have said they feel the same.

Always favors them. The felony charge was way over the top though, that’s on the prosecutors and signals a bigger problem in them re-inforcing this kind of aggressive policing. I’m no conspiracy theorist but they system is rigged.

It’s probably jaywalking though and only a ticketable offense. I don’t know the specifics in this state but in MA that is a $1 fine.

Dexter Gordon - Ballads. My 6 year old listens to this every night to go to sleep. The album is over 60 min. so plenty of time.

Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, Goodfellas and Cape Fear are all better than The Departed in my opinion. Gangs of New York was pretty epic too, but I’ve never really loved it.
