The limited-assortment stores, Aldi’s & Save-a-Lot, are great ... except that I refuse to eat the store brand ice cream, corn chips, potato chips etc. from Save-a-Lot because they are nasty.

I used to work in court reporting, transcribing a stenotypist's notes into the final transcript. Basically stenotype is written a syllable at a time. The keyboard, which the keys are not labeled, is arranged like this:
