My best friend has a feral cat that she adopted at about 5 years old. She started feeding the cat on her deck, and now it’s a semi non-feral cat. Still kills chipmunks (even though belled), and was the fiercest tree-climber I’ve ever seen, but she’s a grand old dame Maine Coon at what we figure is now 18 years old and…

With a little fixing up, this is going to have loads of curb appeal. Needs some TLC, but if the bones are good, you’ve got yourself a winner here!
