I have a couple friends who were inmates at some point and one of the rewards for good behavior was work. Nothing labor intensive; just housework. But it got you out of your cell so you could move around and socialize with the other workers. So it might not be as bad as it sounds if it gives the inmates a break from

A lot of poor people (who are usually black or brown) live in areas called food deserts, where most stores are convenience stores or little markets with few healthy options. When you can get a burger and fries for $3 but a salad is $7, it’s obvious they’ll go for the burger meal. Crap is cheap and healthy food not so

The prisons around here are well-stocked and in safe, non-flood, non-evacuation areas. Concern yourselves for the residents who aren’t so fortunate.

I am always pissed off when people are all “Why didn’t they just leave?” Well, let me tell you as someone who could have been in that position. Where are you going to go? You don’t have a car...you rely on public transportation...whoops..that’s stopped running. Maybe you have relatives that can come get you, but

That little baby saying “Barack Obama” in the last video has me in tears. I miss this President so much.

Those videos are adorable. It’s so nice to see how happy and excited the kids are. Obama just radiates joy, light and positivity. While, he should not be named, is a black hole. I would love to meet him.

Ice cream commercials should be like this ^...........not creepy.

This was me when Andy said that...

Andy Cohen has a remarkable way of asking rude questions while still making his guests feel like he’s on their team. His hosting ability astounds me at every reunion and WWHL!

You basically just made my point for me. Cindy lived a life before modeling. Also, Kaia and her brother were doing commercials when they were toddlers. I doubt they had an interest in modeling at 3 years old.

Its not a bad song, the big problem is her lack of dynamics and enunciation.

I need to know if this inmate was black or white. Asking for a friend.

Subsidized wheat, sugar, and corn.

No one is born a size 16? Could you imagine the pain of that?

I don’t really find it hard to stay in my lane and sometimes I swerve out too and a black person informs me. And yeah sometimes it’s hard to see the line between appreciation and appropriation. However, it’s not so much about what you do but more about what you do when it’s pointed out to you that you did something

Actually, I quite like that she has no problem sourcing her own mother as the person who taught her how to speak to these cretins. Her mother should be a proud parent!

Then thats a personal problem.

Its really not that difficult if you care more about being respectful than being cool.

And this is why I will now and forever toss out everyone who brings up their biracial kids or black wife/husband/boo thang.
