I think there’s a known risk on a ski hill that courts take into consideration, and unless the skier was intentionally out of control in a beginners zone then you’re setting a dangerous floodgate of claims on an otherwise enjoyable activity. It’s almost like the focus is so much on gender, that people forget about biological sex and the adjectives/nouns it uses. Like having a baby and people asking about it’s gender.  That is such an odd and awkward thing to answer and doesn’t make sense.
