I think there’s a known risk on a ski hill that courts take into consideration, and unless the skier was intentionally out of control in a beginners zone then you’re setting a dangerous floodgate of claims on an otherwise enjoyable activity. I’m not here for either of them if she’s going to sue him for injury as well.

I’m sorry, but no one has to perform queerness or gayness for you to prove it, and shame on you for this nonsense.

The blaxploitation is reprehensible, but she has dated a woman (a Victoria’s Secret Model I think?) and was an advocate for LGBTQ rights back when she was a Disney teen, which wasn’t really common for their stars at the time. So I don’t think she’s making that part up at least, just expressing it in a weird way.

I don’t agree. Dude is a doctor who was skiing on a fancy ski hill in Park City, Utah, so he’s not exactly disadvantaged notwithstanding any injuries he sustained. I don’t have any special love for Paltrow, but neither you nor I know the circumstances of the ski accident. That’s what judges and juries do - they find

How complicit is the media and social commenters in handing red meat to the maga crowd?

Nahhh. There is NO good excuse for doing something like this, which re-victimizes real victims by making it just that much harder for them to be taken seriously. If he did this, he is a bad human.

I can't believe I had to scroll all the way to the bottom until I found a comment about maternity leave. It's just surreal to me, a non-american, that people go back to work so soon after having a baby. But americans are so used to it, it doesn't even enter the conversation. Instead everyone is upset she  couldn't

The worst part of this story is the horrible lack of maternity leave in a supposedly First-World country.

I’m more disappointed in Jordan than him. We all know he is a selfish asshole serial cheater. But Jordan is like Kylie’s sister and an extension of the family. No dick is worth breaking that bond.

I don’t think it necessary follows that if you’re incapable of monogamy that non traditional partnerships or non monogamy is going to be a better fit for you. Honestly, if a person lacks the communication skills and emotionally maturity for successful monogamous partnerships, then they’ll likely be absolute trash at

re: Tristian are we surprised? Didn’t he get with Khloe when his then-gf was pregnant?

RE: Khloe & Tristan

It’s almost like the focus is so much on gender, that people forget about biological sex and the adjectives/nouns it uses. Like having a baby and people asking about it’s gender.  That is such an odd and awkward thing to answer and doesn’t make sense.

And she followed that up with “smells literally divine”, a kind of new misuse of the word “literally” that I haven’t quite wrapped my head around yet.

(Note the scare-quotes because these terms exclude trans and non-binary people.)

Maybe because they aren't doing those things anymore...R Kelly has a sex cult with under aged girls...right now.

whoa the fuck down a second ... Bowie/Jagger and such weren’t running any sex slavery rings, and weren’t keeping bevy upon bevy of drugged up youngsters held against their will in locked down mansions across the US. Not condoning what they did but R. Fuckface Kelly is into some seriously evil stuff and he needs to go

People ask for celebrities who do bad things to take repentant action all the time. Then, when they do, everyone gets pissed off all over again and says they should get fucked.

Steven Tyler did not legally adopt Julia, her mother signed over guardianship to him and they became engaged. I am in no way defending a relationship between a 26 year old man and a 16 year old child or the horrible events of that relationship, but please fact check! It sounds as though they both had serious issues,
