Well I think it really depends on the women, and her activity level prior. I don’t think I had a literal pice of tissue and there was definitely pain but I had friends who had ripped tissue and bled for days.

See I hate them because I’m a 10 on top and a 2/4 in low rise pants and 6/7 mid rise. But if I buy mid rise or higher the butt is enormous, the only chance I have of my pants not falling off is super low rise, but then I need super long shirts to prevent butt crack. They make lots of great sports bras for big boobs, you just have to go to proper lingerie stores. I had some fantastic bras before my reduction (F/EEE). Unfortunately I don’t think I ever got a bra for less than $60.00.,usually closet to $80.00.
