No it isn’t. I never said trans women should be denied the same privileges as other female inmates. I simply said that these particular privileges are sterotypical bs and that frankly I see no reason why there should be any difference for any prisoners regardless of gender.

That’s a pretty standard wait time actually. It is the same for reduction/ necessary tummy tucks. Some times you can get a doctor’s note that will allow you go outside of the province if wait times are shorter else where.

Tbf I don’t think that what she was going for. I am not trans but from my limited understanding it can be extremely important for some individuals too“pass”.
