I don’t know what to make of the ‘spoiled baby’ stuff. Is it a reasonable expectation that I should be able to repair my tv, toaster oven, microwave or other home appliances? Probably not. Yet I am somehow a ‘spoiled baby’ for not having the skill to fix a computer. These fine technical skills aren’t everyone’s forte.

What I took from edu-petrolhead’s comment is that Lenovo supports customers who want to do their own repairs, or at the very least, doesn’t create barriers to do so.
