Being from Idaho, the fact that Kyle’s story involved a total of zero neighborhood-consuming brush fires makes it a stunning triumph, not a horror story.

Like I said, he’s incredible, but his Win shares, VORP, and PER are all below peak (again, not by that much, but it’s there).
He’s slipped a little if you check the stats, and the inability to play big minutes counts. This last year was strong, but he’s still a little below his prime. What’s amazing is how minor that slippage is. He’s still a star center for 30 minutes a game at an age when few can even play.
They’re both risks, but while Parker’s exited his prime, he’s still not old. There’s no reason Duncan should be as good as he still is, but I’ve learned by now to assume he’ll still be good until proven otherwise. The real argument against the Spurs is that they’re in the West and have to deal with a bunch of other…
Duncan’s still a good defensive center and Aldridge certainly isn’t bad, plus there’s that Leonard guy. D shouldn’t be a problem.
I agree, but that’s a bridge too far for most. Better to have teams in an elite division only punished a little (just by playing a tougher schedule).
That’s why divisions and conferences are dumb. The worst team in the SW could win the Atlantic.
Just took a look and set up an account. Many thanks. Plus, always good to hear some quality movie recommendations.
That’s a great idea, thanks. Forgot about iTunes. Had some weird technical problems with Amazon (they might limit it to Kindle Fire users only), but need to try out Google Play too.
Yeah, “don’t recline unless you have a particular reason to” is a good rule. I don’t notice the difference on short flights.
“Use headphones or die” should be a warning in bold print above the gate.
If I’m about to have a bunch of long flights, what’s the best way to watch video on my laptop without a DVD? As far as I can tell there’s no way to rent something from a streaming service to save for later when you’re without a connection. Happy to pay for the privilege, but I don’t have any interest in owning the…
Even the trailers were full of recycled Family Guy jokes. If the best the movie has is a random collection of 10 year old jokes... yikes.
Yeah, “squat more, with good form and heavy weight” isn’t even a full tweet.
Just a note that if you’re going for size, isolation moves like these aren’t your best option. A program that’s mostly squats is going to add a lot more size/strength than doing all of these individually. This list is mostly for people who are already into bodybuilding and want to show off specific muscles.
But why do 2 exercises when you can do 19 instead?
Have up to a 500 (I think that’s the safe limit) calorie a day deficit with no weights at all and minimal physical activity overall, I guess.
It’s not as crazy as multiple choice, but I had a teacher in high school who gave us a 20 question True/False quiz with every answer as True. You could notice when people caught on. Couldn’t just answer all the same, though, since anyone devilish enough to pull that stunt would also be capable of having 19 in a row…
Shit. So to the Lakers for the #2 pick?
Yeah Streeteasy is solid, plus there’s CL (which is comprehensive, but very time-inefficient since you have to weed out so many).
