Nope, I've lived in two major metros over the past decade and literally have never had a choice in broadband provider. If there were actual competition, this wouldn't be an issue.

The only person whining here is you, fella.

The best advice is to buy estate/vintage rings. Like you say, diamonds are forever. A diamond in a gold band won't have any problem with wear, and will cost half as much as a new one. Buying used also guarantees that you're not contributing to a conflict (if that's important to you).

BSU was sanctioned for doing just that (to help some players in the short term before their student housing was available) a few years ago.

Definitely don't reduce the sets. The linked article advocates for 5+ ramp up sets, so if anything you'd want to lower the weights and shrink the gaps. After 225, maybe 4x275, 3x325, and 3x375. Same total reps, but a wider spread so you still have energy for your working sets.

Even look at substances beyond steroids; players were using amphetamines (mixed into coffee) from the 60's on as a performance enhancer. No one seems to care, even though they've had more of an effect than steroids.

Thanks!

Hey Arthur, I'll be a stooge for the owners and a whipping boy to parade before the media for half of that.

Does "Charles and Hudson" come from time in New York? Used to live right by there. Anyway, is there a Workshop post for a New Yorker looking to slowly scale up his DIY game without access to much space?
