At least on the US VW website, they’re listed as two different models. If you want to “build” a GTI on the website, you can’t select Golf to start with (that only gives you the base Golf trims). You have to select GTI, and then pick from those trims. Likewise, you can’t select the Golf or the GTI to get to the R. Subar

I definitely lean Mustang having owned two different 68' fastbacks (one still currently in my garage), but I certainly wouldn’t kick a Camaro out of bed. The first gens and the 2016+ models particularly (the former for the looks and the latter for performance). I know the new gen Camaro gets a lot of grief for it’s

Wrong Puma

Just out of curiosity, where do you live? It has not at all been my experience that most people drive around with their high beams on. You will get flashed at fairly frequently by oncoming traffic for doing that in the south east US. When I was in high school my family had an early 2000s Acura TL that had very bright

I think Volkswagen would like a word (although I guess depending on how you look at their line-up it could be argued the base GTI still isn’t a base trim since the Golf exists)

In lieu of not many big sporty wagon options (I flirted with the idea of an E55 AMG Wagon, but I’m hesitant to DD a 15 year old AMG car), I’ve circled back around to wanting one of these. I currently have a G37 sedan that gets the job done, but I’d love a bigger back seat (and some more tire-punishing torque). The SS

I’d say 50% has been about my experience as well. I generally sit aisle and will almost always feel around for the button, but I find I am very often unsuccessful.

I haven’t tried any of the robocall blocker apps because of this reason. I don’t get robocalls from known robocall numbers. I get them from spoofed numbers from the same area code as my own number. Fortunately I no longer live in that area code (and haven’t for 10+ years) so I pretty much know when not to pick up.

the masses have spoken and a lot of people think they look cool

I was like WE ARE GONNA RAGE TONIGHT GENTLEMEN before stumbling to a bar at midnight, throwing up in the toilet there, and then stumbling back home without coming close to getting laid.

Nashville, TN: Edwin and Percy Warner Park for me. A decent trail system spread across a good sized piece of (mostly wooded) land. It we’re talking more urban parks, I think Centennial is my favorite. Get to bask in the glory of the Parthenon (a full scale replica of the original), and they also host some good art

If you ever venture over the r/Sonos, it seems like the consensus is that the sub is an absolute game changer. I guess in addition to providing more bass, it also allows the Beam to focus just on the mids and highs. Adding two Ones (or if you want to save some money since you already have smart capabilities with the

Is the Camaro problematic for tall people?  I’ve only driven/sat in one a handful of times, but I’m well above 5'11" and don’t recall feeling particularly cramped.

I guess I’m the opposite. My wife and I both enjoy cooking and also really like having the kitchen open up into the living room/den. We moved from an older, smaller house that had a more closed off design, and cooking was just kind of isolating. I get why that appeals to some, but I like still being involved in

My wife pretty much did all of choosing, but we ended up in the Uppababy ecosystem, and I’ve been super happy with their stuff so far. The infant seat seems pretty comparable to the Chicco (granted at a heftier cost). And the stroller the car seat clips into is a dream.

A good buddy of mine (who is not at all a car guy) recently upgraded from an early 2000s Highlander to 2019 Highlander. It’s nice for what it is and suits his needs well, but I honestly think his is the first Highlander I’ve noticed in years. I realize Toyota likely sells boatloads of them, but they have to be one of

Yep, no argument here. I did the math a few years back between the preferred and the everday (no fee version) and the preferred came out on top for my spending. I have zero interest in adding an Apple card to my credit card line-up.

Was probably referring to the Blue Cash Preferred

I feel super dumb that I never thought to even look for an app until now.  That card has always taken up precious space in my fairly minimal wallet.  Thank you!

My mom used to make this! I had it a few years ago, and, while my palate is quite a bit more “refined” these days, it still held up.  I’m sure nostalgia contributed, but it was solid comfort food.
