Canada really isnt the place one would go for "low cost" plastic surgery anyway, while we have universal healthcare, elective cosmetic surgeries are never covered for us so one would likely be paying as much for a tummy tuck here as in the US..

While i dont deny medical tourism can be risky, going to go out on a limb and guess that risk is considerably higher in the DR than Canada…...

Totally agree, I vaccinated my child as soon as it was available, I had it as a kid, although not a severe case, why subject your child to a potentially serious illness that is easily preventable?
