Well, I guess it’s nice that you have thoughts about the victims, but what good does that to to anyone? Have you considered organizing a donation for the victims and their families instead? I’m sure they would appreciate that!

Nice writeup, but I think when you wrote about Cave Noire, the correct term is rogue-like. And guess what, the first rogue-like was actually called Rogue, and it came out in 1980! A more well-known rogue-like that helped to popularize the genre much more was NetHack, coming out in 1987.
