The article's hit a point when you've got a swarm of angry sony fanboys in the comments repeating lines off each other and not necessarily challenging the article but misplacing their personal preferences with industry preferences.

From a gaming perspective, it's tough to point out what Playstation really does for the industry as a whole. It's become pretty embarrassing that their major pushes out of that division has been emulation of the competition - even subscriptions.
