You just rebutted your own argument by pointing out that “secure” / “not secure” labeling is binary, while the likelyhood of your data getting stolen is a chance, obviously with a value between 0% and 100%. Because of that, the former can not be used to represent the latter, by definition, and it is nonsensical to try
