He was usually the best part of whatever he was in. Loved him in Sabrina. He really would have continued to do great things for years and years to come. Motorcycle accidents are a bad way to go.

This is so sad. He was a great actor. Such a great loss.
In this case I don’t think “create” and “adaptation” are mutually exclusive.
I AM COMMENTS REBORN!
“I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream’ was made into a pretty good point-and-click puzzle video game in the 90s. Ellison worked on it and voiced AM.
I’ve had an opposite reaction to this episode. I found it difficult to get through because I still don’t know who these people are and the holes in the logic of the world being portrayed are just glaring. Since the mystery has been revealed and the show has slowed down, the thinness of the characterisation and how…
Honestly, there was little I didn’t like about the show (I read only half of the first book before life took me away from it), but it pissed me off to no end that he bought a star for Jen when literally everyone knows that’s a ridiculous scam. He had friends or even his shitty sister he could have used the money to…
Creators of the show. No one -- including Emma -- is implying otherwise, and you are smart enough to know that.
I had to wait through the wanton destruction of the comments section and it’s not-triumphant resurrection to come back here in order to say:
It really is the case this place is valuable because of its community, not because of its articles - if the comments were disabled in Forced March to LA in 2019, the URL would be worth about a buck.
Pretty much the only reason these days. If Paste were smart they’d switch back to Disqus. Not everyone would, but I’d bet there’d be a significant return of the old crowd, enough to drive up clicks. Then they could hire some writers, starting with bringing back Will Harris.
And here I was thinking I’d never get the chance to tell you what I really think of you, Franky.
A real rollercoaster I must say. Maybe they really did just break something accidentally.
On Stranger Ties is a movie about pirate apparel, while the one you’re thinking of is On Stranger Tides (Disney bought the rights from Tim Powers and neglected to use the contents of the book, which may account for the forgettable nature of the film.)
There was no Sigourney Weaver, only Zuul.
I’m always a bit mystified that people rarely credit Sigourney Weaver’s performance in Ghostbusters. Her acting elevated the movie, and the chemistry between her and Bill Murray created the heart of the story. IMHO, that’s the missing piece of the sequels - someone outside the primary quartet you actually cared about.
I think an appeals court bought the argument that it was unduly difficult to secure a bond of that size from an insurer, so it was reduced in order to ensure compliance. He only has 10 more days though. And technically, he still owes the full 450mil+, this smaller amount is just so he can appeal the ruling, which…
Because the laws don’t apply to rich people.
