They had weekly reviews/recaps up until this year.

His Welsh baritone is his superpower.

Tiktokers “losing their minds” is all for naught as well.

You realise you just started your comment with one of his famous lyrics. You really have heard him too much. :D

Again, if only there was some royalty free music Tiktokers (tokers? still doesn’t look right) could use to express how they feel about this...

Ahh Tiktokers (tokers? that doesn’t look right), may I introduce you to one royalty free Kevin McLeod...

Oh, the “not being able to publish in his industry for years” was apparently because of something called the Jubilee:

We set out to do something that would shift culture, affect culture, just make some sort of impact. And it’s already done that, and some, way more than we ever dreamed it would.

And they claimed to be a drug counselor?

Bit of a hot take.

Please, I’d be interested in knowing their other accounts too.

You can get the general gist of my opinion from all my other replies to people saying similar things to you.

I handled it just fine because I didn’t think Sokka’s sexism was that important or vital to the show.

When did I say I hadn’t watched the cartoon.

I did say “or similar”. I’m not a professional writer of fiction, so while my ideas may suck, someone else probably could come up with something better. It just feels to me like we’ve seen this kind of story a lot before, not just in ATLA, that I’m open to a more imaginative approach these days.

Interesting. I didn’t invert anything, but your way works too.

He could be inconsiderate of people’s feelings at times, he could be stingy with his money or food, he could be a serial litterer, etc. It’s a kids show (or family show at most), so let’s think of flaws at that level.

I don’t think this R rating was because Travolta wasn’t wearing a seat belt.

Sokka’s inclination towards sexism is depicted as wrong from the very first episode, in which his sister calls him “sexist, immature, [and] nutbrained.” Throughout the series, Sokka’s more retrograde views are challenged (as when he meets the Kyoshi warriors), and because of that, he’s able to grow and change,

Ugh, the left and right both have reasons not to like sexism and misogyny.
