Believe it or not, professional baseball players are capable of catching quickly moving baseballs and do so on a regular basis!

If only Martin had some kind of implement designed to grab baseballs that are moving at a fast rate of speed. Some kind of... gauntlet, as it were.

And there are still a couple innings left for Beckham or Santana to make this pace as well.

It’s really the pink-ish ‘interior’ part of the light that, when combined with the purple casing, evokes a fleshlight.

Holy fuck, you have no fucking clue what you’re taking about. You need to go to whoever educated you through life and ask them why they did such a poor job at it.

starred because you at least realized...

The whole situation is Sub-par.

That hospital is making sure this woman doesn’t sue them for some mystery illness she complained about later on.

He was “found” to have not been charged with anything at all.

First off, yes, I am telling you otherwise. If a cishetero white man had all his charges dismissed and expunged in one fell swoop, I would be reacting in the exact same way, because this isn’t about racial or LGBT justice, but rather one of gross abuse of power by a police force.

And in this rare case, it seems the Trump administration agrees with us.

Whether you like it or not, the expungement legally erases the fact that Smollett was charged. End of story, no argument to the contrary. In any official check of Smollett’s record, there is no mention of him having been charged with a crime. But since you aren’t understanding that very simple legal principle, I’ll

I’m sorry you don’t understand, but Smollett didn’t screw anyone out of anything, no matter what CPD claims without evidence or even charges on file, and he doesn’t owe “taxpayers” any more than the government collects from his salary.

Right now, according to the legal system, Smollett didn’t just do nothing wrong, but was never charged with having done anything wrong in the first place.

And see my response. Casey’s case didn’t go to trial, it involved private entities, and Casey’s record legally has the charges on there, Smollett’s doesn’t.

Did you even read the link you’ve provided? That lawsuit didn’t go to trial, it involved two private entities and not a bill from a government agency, and crucially, in Anthony’s case her record still had the charges on it.

Punished for what?

(for the record, I wholeheartedly agree with you)

This supposedly-simple explanation does not explain why the case was dropped, record expunged and court documents sealed.
