There is no lack of firearm training, believe me. In addition to POST-certified academic standards, LE (at least here) has to regularly re-qualify on the range and on “shoot/no-shoot” drills.

It’s not adrenaline or emotional “instability;” it’s muscle memory.

My shot wasn’t offered to her, and I didn’t ask, TBH. I am extremely healthy, have the luxury of WFH, and our kids need in-person classroom instruction.
