Right?

If I was a reporter at her first press event, my question would be, “Ms. Jenner, knowing you were a woman with a male anatomy, would you—had you the option then—have competed in the Olympics as a member of the U.S. women’s team instead of the men’s team? If not, why not?”

Came here to say this; you beat me to it. If one is worried about trout in a Maine stream, displacing lobsters (among many other oceanic animals) is probably not going to be more popular in that state. Tidal power sounds great at first blush; there is a metric fuck-ton of energy in the Atlantic. But harnessing it...

One precludes the other?

Wasn’t the pre-Internet world nice? Where there were immediate and lasting consequences to repeatedly being an asshat in-person?

I would normally agree with you, but this hypothetical product doesn’t really meet the needs of phone users (who want to slip their iPhones out of their jeans pocket to check email, social media, take a picture, and slip it back in; nor does it serve the needs of tablet users who want to consume video media on a

Kind of a long wait.

Well, she _did_ name the album after her father finishing his prison sentence.

I would humbly suggest that this is part of the endemic HBO pattern of launching a great series with a huge investment, then turning off the money spigot when the showrunners want to actually build off that success. See: Rome, Deadwood, The Leftovers (arguably).

Right? $7k? That’s it??

Here’s another one: I actually wrote a video game review for MoviePoopShoot.Com, a site a fan created that Smith—of course—loved.

This tracks with the current state of related tech. I don’t see any value in an 8k video for at _least_ two years. It requires an HDMI spec that isn’t widely available (and not even on AppleTV, which is where you’d conceivably cast your videos.) BTW, how much of your home Wi-Fi are you gonna eat up sending 8k Dolby

One thing is certain: sir, that’s nacho truck.”

I’m a resident in that camp. The game looked interesting and fun, but I’m very glad I didn’t pre-order it for my XBone. If they get it into a working state, I’ll probably buy it.
