I can build that kind of hardware easily, I can make it even quieter (liquid cooling been around for years), and I'd bet if I really tried I could find (or mfg) a case of a similar size. Of all the big tech companies that have existed I really do think they are the worst at actively trying to prevent anybody else from doing things with their hardware, software or even phrases (i.e. "app store" lawsuit)
