Malibu drinkers unite!
Malibu drinkers unite!
I’ve still got all of my Ramona books lining my bookshelf! I was really slow to get the whole reading thing but I kept pushing myself so I would be able to read the ‘grown up’ book that my sister had. That grown up book was Beezus and Ramona and I was so ridiculously proud of myself when I finished it.
Fancy rum is great and all but nothing tastes as good as summer feels. My friend and I often have Malibu and cokes with our dinner in the winter so we can pretend that we’re not in Ireland and that it isn't bucketing rain outside.
Same! I’ve made my peace with the fact that I’m not coming out of any apocalyptic situation alive.
And I hope your nausea eases up! Cheers to sick Saturday nights
I actually like Malibu and I'm a bit ashamed of myself for that fact
The sisters bond kills me in the best way.
You’re definitely right about the playing adult thing! In these books my favourite character was Eily, the eldest sister who made sure that no one starved to death or contacted ‘the fever’. I liked to think that I would be like Eily, fearlessly wandering around the Irish countryside, boiling roots to eat and telling…
It's an easy read, you'll get through it in a couple of days which is always a win in my book
My semester starts on Monday. I’m only working on my bachelors with a part time job but I know this semester is going to be killer. I need all the motivation I can get

I'm drinking mint tea to help my congestion and I need something to keep me awake until the parents that I nanny for come home. It's 12:15 and I was ready for bed like two hours ago. Thank god for Netflix and tea
Soup for the win! I'm planning on making a batch of butternut squash and lentil soup tomorrow
Little Women, love me some March sisters.
I am ready for this
Every Saturday with aunt Retta would be Treat Yo Self day and it would be fabulous! She would also drill the motto of ‘Use them, Abuse them, Lose them’ into your head as an adolescent
I want Retta to be my aunt, I feel like she would just make the best aunt ever
Your story is what every womans experience of abortion should be; calm, informed and supported. I want to thank you for sharing, because these experiences are too important to be bottled up as we fight against those that try to curtail our rights and our lives.
I suppose it depends on the shelters policy. The one near me lets you sit and just chat and cuddle with the cats to get a handle on which one you click with.
Same! And now I want cereal with almond Mille for dinner....
