This article missed a couple of things:
@KillerKoala: Since it never asks for a user name or a website, the likelihood of them (him) figuring out which password goes to which username and which site is miniscule.
I check out all my passwords here:
@Jared Bennett: Fandango.
@Barry knows CPR and took that guy's wallet: That's the smartpen. [www.livescribe.com]
@txag08: One of the greatest puzzle games ever, in my opinion. So much better than the newer Lemmings games.
Wow...been forever since I played the original Lemmings...I remember that level, too. Fun one.
@Whitson Gordon: I'm 18 and my first computer was an Apple II C. My favorite games were Lemonade Stand and Conan. If I was lucky, my dad would bring home the big white briefcase-computer and I could play Digger on the black-and-green screen.
@jupiterthunder: He could use a URL shortener to tweet it, for good measure. .<
#unfollowsaturday @Julian Wass
@GreasyPig: That would make me really happy.
@Dan Butcher: I see no reason why that wouldn't work...though I'm not an Android expert. Ultimately, it would depend on how tech-savvy you are. You'd need to root the phone as a first step (lifehacker has a couple hundred articles on that).
@Ihaveasmartpuppy: Amazon usually keeps me logged in for more than a day. But when it logs me out, LastPass logs me back in, only takes a couple of seconds.
@Duane: Though I'm no prepaid phone guru, I'd have to say Virgin Mobile would probably be your best option. You can pay by the minute/text and that's reasonably cheap (if you're only using it twice a week, I could see that coming out to maybe $20 a month).
@AD: Use the 400 to pay for repairs.
@hewhoroams: It's like the old folks tell you...it's all about the small things.
I'm counting college as my "job". Much of the work I do here is really productive, but a lot of it is simply meant to scatter the grade curve. So much depends on chance.
What I need is a way to get my senior-citizen friends to change their passwords, without the benefit of personally setting up their email accounts. I'm getting four emails a week from them with links to online pharmacies. I've told them their accounts are being hacked, but they still won't change their passwords.
Since silver is connected with professionalism and power (silver hair, gray suits, etc) this must give an especially good impression.
