My guess, in wind tunnel testing it was shown that rear aero caps were not needed.

I can’t believe Patrick is letting this slide. That is pretty shitty but just goes to show the integrity of this blog. I mean I guess we should have know when they got sued into bankruptcy but I always thought Jalopnik was better.
So she laughed at someones insecurity? She sounds like a good person.
True but they also lose out on a decent towing rating too. I think the V6 hybrid was rated at 5000lbs.
Maybe its just me but I would much rather an article about your cool JDM cover than one that is always preaching something. You don’t always have to tie it into something. Just say “hey dudes I like my new tire cover, show me yours”. No need to preach all the time.
Should have been more clear. I was referring to the towing. Last gen the V6 got a huge bump over the 4 cylinder in towing capacity. Something like 1500lbs vs 5000lbs.
That’s a bummer. Losing 63 hp isn’t exactly nothing. But I guess efficiency is the name of the game in today’s market.
36 combined MPG is a pretty big leap above the 2019 Highlander Hybrid. They must be replacing the V6 hybrid with a 4 cyl. hybrid. If they managed 36 combined and they retain the 300hp V6 I will be impressed.
Maserati Levante GTS.
Yea, I believe this is a metallic (which most companies up charge for anyways) Wimbledon White paint and Guardsman Blue stripe package.
You monster!
Its very much not though.
Maybe you are misunderstanding Executive, are you an native English speaker? This package is geared towards working men. It has things like wireless charging, 115v outlets, USB ports, etc... Executive does not mean it has everything you could possibly want. It is geared for working people.
Mr. JWW is not buying a Valkyrie, that’s it.
Because not everyone likes the same things you do. I mean I love a good GT3, that doesn’t mean I cannot understand why someone would rather have a 760hp Mustang.
I don’t really get whey they cant get into more hybrids. Run something like a Camry Hybrid (51/53 mpg) but paired to a ttv8. In eco mode run it with cylinder deactivation so its basically a Camry Hybrid, but in sport mode let the ttv8 loose.
The interior of the new Sonata, while an improvement from the last one because it cleans things up a bit, is almost too basic.
Why would Executive imply heated rear seats? Makes zero sense. If that is your standard then there are lots of options the Executive rear packages does not include according to you. Even so, it makes a ton more sense to include this in the cold weather package.
He is not buying the car, he is just a YouTuber.
Well yea technically, but I was more talking in the reality of what automakers are willing to do.
