Wow, glad you are ok!! I had something similar but my blood loss was caused from a sever bladder infection that made me septic. Luckly I held steady right at the level that would require a transfusion but the septic took a week to battle.

Not being intentionally obtuse I just think the answer is a bit more varied. Some of the important issues that I focus on impact me, others don’t. I think we all have issues that are impact us more directly than others.
