I’ll never understand how something like this get a “so much fun!!” but anything else with power and everyone is saying “where you going to use that”. Personally, this is stupid, $36,000 for a car with no traction. At least this motor in the Hellcat will hookup...eventually.

Its an awesome time to be alive when the only negatives are a slightly rough start/stop feature and the infotainment screen froze once.

I’m not saying its a 1 to 1 comparison but there is no arguing they are relatively similar category. The SLK is bit more sport touring but outside of looking for a dedicated track car they are easily comparable. Hang the tail out on an SLK55 and tell me its not sporty lol.
Same with an added forced induction system on a N/A motor.
Don’t worry there is an SLK 55 AMG for those who have to have a smaller more Miata like car.
I don’t really like Miata’s but NP for a Miata fan. Personally, you can pick up a SL55 AMG with under 100k for that price.

Neutral: I love all the active safety features. I use the distronic plus everyday but it has only actually saved me 1 time over the many years of use.
Idk, most maintenance isn’t engine related. I daily drive a tuned Mercedes and 99% of my maintenance is chassis/electronics. Sure there are the occasional alternator, starter, etc... but today’s cars go much longer without engine work.

That is because one is forced and the other is actual creative work. People can see right through the bullshit. If anyone actually did a gender change creatively there wouldn’t be any backlash. Bring someone to it other than “hurr we changed the gender”.

Does this still have the stuck on infotainment? I like this size SUV but wish it got the updated interior for 2020.
Even the RC is too long and heavy for a new Supra. The RC equipped with the 2.0 4 cylinder is tipping the scales at 3,700lbs (now add in the longer heavier I6 and your looking at 3,800+). Not to even mention that the Toyota N platform is not designed to accommodate an I6.
