It's half working for me. I can, on my iphone, send imessages to a friend also on iphone, but can't send messages to my fiance, who's on an ipad or a mac.
The Hunger Games.
Y'know, I really liked that song, and felt it worked well for the game. However, I worked at Gamestop at the time the game was released, and hearing the song 4-5 times an hour for a 6-8 hour shift made me want to shoot either myself or the tv.
Pretty much this. I was on my high school's dance team, and our cheerleaders definitely wore more than the dance team did, and (looking back 14 years later) a lot of the music we did routines definitely toed the line of appropriateness.
I remember reading your post on this and being horrified. I'm glad the driver has finally been arrested and hope that she gets the maximum sentence. Also, I hope you and your family are doing ok.
Haha nice! I'm bi, have been out & open about it since high school, & my favorite comment I got when taking the goddaughter out was the father of one of my teammates asking me "Aren't you a lesbian, how did you have a baby?"
I fully agree there. My first godchild was born when I was a teenager, and I helped with a lot of her care (earning me dirty looks as a 16-17 year old hauling around an infant) and I feel it helped me out a lot as far as prepping me for my own future children.
Yeah, it sucks. I had a cold two weeks ago, and I'm still sluggish and sleeping a lot.
I'm sorry to have been the one to point that out to you. Once you're over the virus, it sticks with you, but isn't usually contagious anymore, I believe.
I had mono in high school (graduated 14 years ago) and i STILL get that way.
Ha! Yes, that is so much better!
Oh god, I was eating, why'd you have to mention blue waffle *shudder*
My dad used to tell my brother (who was born in Iceland) that he was found in an Icelandic sheep herd. Also used to threaten to send him back there when he turned 18.
Oh, had somebody said anything about it being God's plan, I would've definitely punched them. I'm sorry for you and your boyfriend's loss too. Thank you.
Thank you for this. Like I said to Winterwindz, I have to bite my tongue whenever somebody says to me that my mother is in a better place, cause I know they're trying to be nice, but it really doesn't help.
Thank you for this. My mom was only 52 when she died, had been with my father for 37 years, had a 3 year old granddaughter and another granddaughter on the way. Whenever somebody says to me she's in a better place, I just want to snap that to her, there was no better place than with her husband, children and grandkids.
Those are two phrases I hate. Also, "She's in a better place". My mom died in May due to a brain tumor, and I actually went off on a few people at her funeral who said that to me.
I actually bought a pair of these to wear to work when I worked at Gamestop, just because I couldn't really wear heels all day, and the few inches of extra height helped me reach the upper shelves for organizing games and such.
