NO ONE IS PERFECT, JUJY
This is so woke that I feel I’m woker for having read this.
I’m not pretending commuting is a thing of beauty and a joy forever, but you can’t convince me it’s worse than living in a BOX.
I live in a large (1 million +) midwestern city and pay 675 for a 2 bedroom, 2 FULL bath 1300 sq foot apartment near a trendy area. I don’t get the appeal of SF. expensive and dirty and smells like literal shit.
So it’s a coffin basically.
No. But he could rent an actual room in other parts of the Bay Area for around that.
Imagine them having a dinner party! Box Man has to go to bed early because he’s got an important meeting or whatever on the morning, so he just finishes off his glass of wine, turns around and crawls into the box.

How do his roommates explain this when they bring friends over? “Oh, that’s just Peter, he lives in the sideboard.”
It’s crazy enough that this guy should just not live in San Francisco. It’s not that amazing a city to live in a piece of furniture.
This reminds of a recent article I read, Where should a good millennial live? I get the argument for using less and wasting less, but all this tiny housing stuff doesn’t seem like an improvement overall to me. I don’t see any reason to glorify it as a great new way to live (not saying this article does that, but many…
“ if a man could fuck a woman in a cardboard box, he wouldn’t buy a house.”

FUCK! Even San Francisco BOXES are expensive.
