I don’t know whether it’s fair to call him a “Real Republican”, if we’re talking policy.

“Who you callin’ a petard? Your the petard.”

“Trump openly disagrees with the following GOP establishment positions:

GOP also hates Trump for pointing out that a shitload of their regular supporters don’t believe in those principles, either. And you can add tax cuts to the 1% and government-guaranteed health care to that list. Uh oh.

Here’s the thing: Zoe is Black. Beyonce is Black. We can all be Black because race is context specific. As a lighter skinned Black American woman, I’ve been told that I wouldn’t be considered Black in quite a few contexts. That’s cool, but I grew up a Black woman in the US and you or anyone else can’t take that away

My problem is that I have flaky skin around my nose, and sometimes my cheeks and between my eyebrows. It only really bothers me when I’m putting on makeup, because the flakiness becomes really obvious. I understand that being gentle might theoretically correct the problem, but in actuality the only thing that fixes it

You are mistaking “dark enough” with “Black enough”. The former deals with colorism. I’m a light skinned Black woman with 2 Black parents. I’m plenty Black. BUT I also recognize that I have certain privileges my darker sisters do not have.

She has so much makeup on her cave its ridiculous why not cast a dark skinned woman? The colorism in Hollywood is just as bad as the racism smh

Nina Simone wasn’t part Black, she was all Black. The way she looked was intrinsic to her life experiences and her story. Nicole Kidman wearing a fake nose to play Virginia Woolf has a different meaning than it has in this context, as do lots of things for non-white people. In this context, a woman who is a “more

She would have been perfect.

How I wish the producers could go back in time and cast Uzo Aduba. She’s such an incredible actress, can really sing, and looks a hell of a lot more like Ms. Simone.

She looks more realistic green

“Jeez, this is embarrassing” — Rooney Mara as Tiger Lily

“Bernie is a wonderful guy and politician and none of this has been in vain; at the very least he’s given the party a hard yank back to the left.”

This might not be much consolation to you now, but I am sure that a truly progressive and unabashedly liberal president will be elected soon. But we have to take what we can get right now. The country is changing, but it’s a slow and oftentimes painful process.

I feel the same way only about Bernie. I’m personally a Hillary supporter but if Bern were to get the nomination, I will into that voter booth think about Donald Trump and feel the Bern all the way! As a democrat I feel pretty lucky to have to great candidates we can pick from.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I know Bernie’s supporters are hurting tonight, but please, all of you, do not give the Trump, Cruz, or any of those devil’s a shot at ruining our country!

Bernie won Oklahoma. MSNBC, at least, is saying Mass. is still “too close to call.”

Hillary: Because Oh God, Not Trump

I resent that. My digits are proportional and my pelt is au naturale.
