I fill them with water and a squirt of soap, let them sit over night (or longer) and that typically looses the remaining PB enough to clean them out. If not I just repeat for a couple of days..
Currently I am using the clean ones as storage for per-measured servings of dog food.

I suspect that is going to be a non starter when talking about community style rest rooms in most places in the USA... yeah a few progressive and very liberal areas might be ok with that.. but the vast majority of americans are not going to be ok with 14 year old boys and girls using the same rest rooms.

do schools not require staff to fill out an incident report on something like this? is it not passed along to the administration? Is there are a standard for letting parents know about an incident?
