Come on, it is not THAT complicated. I did it for a friend, the hardest part was those side screws bolting it to the border of the phone. Now that took a while. I striped my screw driver, fortunately i had another one, and almost stripped the small screw. Ok, so its a little complicated.

But its going to be on the iPhone, and Apple is known to make there image sensors better along with the mega pixels.

Jessie Lacey, if it is the back that is broken then just buy one and replace it yourself. Its 2 screws and a pull and it comes off... The screen isnt too hard to replace either but takes patience....

Well, its not a fully stable hack. The OS is being manipulated to run on an unauthorized machine, so there can be problems. If you know how to install it and get it running, you can keep it running. Its not a plug and play setup, it needs setup to get running. If there is an update, you might need to change more…

But then couldnt you downgrade all the way from 5.2 to iOS4, and then upgrade to iOS 5.0?

Really? The developers didnt get any bit of those tax dollars. Paying for the app is paying for the developers that make a living off of coding and making an app. And its not like its free for them either to get access to the satellites, they have licensing and more to go through.

There are still phones that power off of the line... Lots of them just loose there main features and go to basic service if there is a power outage.
