I worked for a Korean company who would plant spies within each division to keep tabs on all the white workers as they believed white people were lazy. Nobody really cared, but it was a racist act to do it as it was derived from the Koreans belief…

You wouldn’t be the only one, racism is a much narrower definition than a lot of people realise, it seems to have become a generic term for offending someone.
