I agree that’s the logic, but the eighties experiences in the show are not from the same era as her experiences as a kid. She would have been 4 at the time of the first season. If she loves the show that’s great but the connection seems a bit of a stretch.

Exactly, I don’t get the confusion over this scene. Wallace was offering Deckard a new Rachel as a bribe, it was never supposed to be the original Rachel. And yes the eye comment was Deckard’s way of telling Wallace that he was shit at his job.
