I’ve been walking more lately, and I’m amazed how many drivers apparently don’t look right when turning right on a red light. Or they look right and then left, and then don’t look right again when they get their opening. I’ve had three cars lurch at me as I was crossing the street from their right to left. They

Another huge factor is the lack of sidewalks in a lot of major cities.  I was shocked to see almost no sidewalks in Indianapolis.  So we had people in dark clothing walking on the side of the road.  You could barely see them until you were about to hit them in most cases.

Of course we’re not talking about red lights... As for intersections and crosswalks:

You know that legally pedestrians have a right to cross at a crosswalk, and the onus is on the motor vehicle to stop for them, right? About the only thing you can’t do is run out into them without giving cars a chance to slow down.

Drivers like to ignore stop lines. Trying to cross the street you have to weave your way through the cars blocking the path. I usually drag my hand across their hood and glare at them or tap their trunk as I walk by

I’ve said it a million times. We could probably eliminate a substantial amount of these injuries and deaths if city planners would discontinue the idiotic practice of giving pedestrians and cars the right of way to the same space at the same time. When pedestrians get the walk light, they should not have to be dodging

The real question is how far back can you hold someone accountable for an inauthentic car? Should European Collectibles sue the guy they bought it from? Should the current owner, Jerry, and European Collectibles sue some 85 year old guy who originally modified a $500 Speedster into a super rare GT car back in the 70's

C/R really needs to split this category into functional reliability and convenience reliability. There is a huge different between your car not starting in the morning and your infotainment interface crashing and requiring you to turn the car off and back on again to fix.

The church is full of sinners. There are plenty of alduters, liars, thrives, homosexuals, etc. Just because we're in church doesn't mean we think we're better. Why do sick people go to hospitals?

Hey, don’t ask people to talk about themselves if you are not prepared to get a honest answer.

Every feckin’ pixel of those gifs makes me feel old..

21k is a lot for a base model

You could have a Sport model Civic Hatchback for the same price. And that comes in a manual.

Are we just going to glaze over the $3,000 price hike over the outgoing model?

When run-of-the-mill EVs work seamlessly for both commuting and road trips, we’ll see the electric car revolution. Until then, not so much.

It should have low and high gears, and look like a Testarossa, and you can listen to hit songs like “Magical Sound Shower.”

Congrats on the COTD! For that, I give you this video on... Turnarounds...

Upgrading to faster internet is an option, too”

They’re closing 4 American plants too, you disingenuous twit.

Same with me. My Volt is the best car I have ever owned.  It is by far the best vehicle to go from point A to point B, especially in town.  People who ask me about it have no idea how it works / what it does and when I explain it most are simply blown away.  If GM would build a truck with the same type of technology I

Volt shares the Cruze platform and the engine is the same family as the 1.5t.
