Clarity: It is Never an error for a a teacher to report an allegation of abuse or neglect to CPS (as the agency is generally known). It is mandated that a teacher report. It is not mandated that they make any further assessment regarding guilt or innocence of an alleged perpetrator.

But why? Evidence? By now it is apparent that anything presented to the public by these cowardly miscreants as truth, fails as a viable contender at its very introduction as factual, actual, evidence based information. Oh, and said miscreants couldn’t care less about truth or facts; period.

That teacher was a mandated reporter and should have reported it directly to the police or child protective services. A note to the principal does not meet that legal obligation and at minimum he should be fined and have his license suspended.

Just think, now he’s thinking of those elderly parents and wife, and son. None of these subjects were thinking of the child that is now an adult survivor of sexual abuse perpetrated by this coward, and by those listed by an act of omission.
