I was tipped by another reader that the original Grandia is available on PSN, I should definitely look it up

Can people PLEASE stop assuming they know better than the site editors what the site is about? It's not your website, you're just reading it. if you want news exclusively about video games, you can try other sites, but on the other hand if you really want to stick with Kotaku and have the ALMIGHTY SHAPE-BENDING POWER

To everyone saying "What is this? it's not about video games"

The BigBen case also stinks. The smell goes away after a few days

You lost me at "iOS", the platform doesn't seem right for this kind of game. And what's with those animations? The original was great because of the rotoscoped animations, if they want to upgrade it to 3D models, that calls for MoCap.

I actually very much enjoyed Grandia III, despite it being a very linear game (then again so was Grandia II ), I was also very thrilled by the opening song. I do think that Grandia II was a better game in general. I never got my hands on the original Grandia unfortunately... Overall, I really like Grandia games, the

The songs were really great. Here's "A Deus"

Same for me. I thought the Dreamcast version had much much better audio, not to mention that my Dreamcast is hooked for progressive display, that changes a lot. The Gamecube version is the winner as far as content and battle frequency goes.

Well, Eric, be glad, you created the perfect opportunity to actually get to do just that!

Adorable, yes, but that's just a bad way to raise a cat... If you use your hands to play with a kitten, chances are it will grow up thinking its OK to claw at them. We have two cats. We played with our hands with the first one and she gets real clawy when she plays, she doesn't seem to realize it hurts. We were more

I applaud your argument but once you letterbox that "optimal" vertical image on your glorious Cinema-wide screen, it gets scaled down and all these precious extra lolworth pixels are lost in the process, replaced with plenty of boring black pixels on the sides to pad out that minified image.

Back in the days, I was talking about games with some friends, I was playing Skies of Arcadia on Dreamcast at the time. They got mad and didn't want to hear about it, their argument was: "Yeah, I've heard about that game, they ripped off Chrono Cross's magic system".

Will it install as a VM, such as using Parallels on Mac OS?

Naw, I keep mine longer than that, it's already 1.5 years old and it's still kicking quite nicely (though I upgraded the graphics card from a GTX260, wasn't absolutely necessary though, just a gift from me to me).

I'm fine with that for tablets and whatnot, but I'm not installing that on my PC. No effin way.

*sadface* .... No, honestly, I think they've reached a point where Chinese knockoffs are more believable than their own products. Just look at that!

Yes, but they had the wisdom to stick to the winning formula for these two titles. Other than that, They diluted the brand into too many off-shoots, messed up the Megaman X series with horrible 3D titles and an RPG-ish game that couldn't hold up, tried to capitalize on the Pokémon/Digimon craze (and unfortunately

No. No. No. NO. NO.

I agree, the timing is impressive. I also find it amusing that I have the same IKEA mirror at home.

I tried to follow the instructions but I think I may have missed a step. He was such a good guy.
